Sorry I didn't update sooner, Josh brought me his laptop this a.m. so I can tell my blogger friends about our new baby.
Joel Robert was born Tuesday, June 9th at 7:40 p.m. He weighs 7 lbs, 0 oz. and is 20 inches long. He is doing well, and we plan to go home today. I will tell you my labor and delivery details soon (when I have the energy).

I'm glad you told us where Gracie was because that was Owen's first question when he saw the family picture "Where's Baby Gracie?". And I told him she's not the baby at their house anymore! Hope your transition to home is smooth sailing!

What a joy to read this and see the little sweetie! You look great, mama! I admit I got jealous reading the previous post since you didn't have the waiting and uncertainty I've always had because of the induction. Not that I'd change my methods - but it does sound dreamy to get everything in order and have a date set!!!
Praying for you in these crazy postpartum days. He's so beautiful, wish I could see him in person.
